Debuting at the 2019 Game Awards, Godfall was shown off proper during the recent PlayStation 5 reveal event and it looks good. Giving players a glimpse at the world of Aperion, some of the weapon classes and of course the armour sets, the trailer hints at the fun to come, check it out.

In Godfall, Aperion is on the precipice of ruin. You are the last of the Valorian knights, god-like warriors able to equip Valorplates, legendary armor sets that transform wielders into unstoppable masters of melee combat. Players will tear through foes as they climb through some of the elemental realms and challenge the mad-god Macros who awaits you at the top.

You will be able to choose between five different weapon classes and as you proceed through the story, you will unlock new Valorplates, the name of the armour. Once you have levelled up enough, you can jump online and join with two mates for some three-player PVE.

More details are expected as we get closer to the release, something that will happen later this year for both PC and PlayStation 5.
