Super Mario RPG is being remade from the ground up for Switch
During the recent Nintendo Direct, it was revealed that Super Mario RPG Legend of the Seven Stars was getting remade for Switch and dropping the subtitle. Check out the reveal trailer for Super Mario RPG.
Originally released for the Super Nintendo, the game was the first time Mario took a turn in the RPG space and battled alongside Princess Toadstool, or as she is known today Peach, Bowser and new characters Mallow and Geno.
Mario must team up with his allies to face down a menacing force known as the Smithy Gang in order to recover seven stars and repair the Star Road.
The games original composer, Yoko Shimomura is also returning to create updated versions of the games soundtrack, so fans should feel right at home.
The game is releasing on November 17th, with digital pre-orders available to be made here.
