The Borderlands movie has a release date and its August 2024
The Borderlands movie, yes that is still a thing, now has a release date. After finish its principal production in June 2021, the movie will release in 2024, specifically August 9th, 2024.
The date for North America at least, was revealed via a social post, which you can see below. The cast consists of the following actors:

Florian Munteanu
Gina Gershon
Jamie Lee Curtis

The local release date has not been confirmed, but it will either be the day before on August 8th, or the week after.
