Apex Legends has revealed its next combatant and season details

Respawn Entertainment and Electronic Arts have revealed the next legend coming to Apex Legends, along with when. Meet Ballistic, a formally retired player in the games, who has returned for a reason you will discover if you watch the trailer.

Before the Apex Games, way before, there were the Thunderdome Games and when you are young, angry and rich, joining them seems like a smart decision, or at least it did for Ballistic. Quickly becoming the champion of the games, he reached the pinnacle of it, until his arrogance cost his brother-in-law/best friend his life and thus he retired from the games. Now in order to save someone he loves from going into the Apex Games, he has taken up his mantel once more and is aiming to be number 1 all over again.

In addition to that new legend, World’s Edge one of the locations players can play on, is getting some updates, which should heal some wounds. In addition there is a new shooting range and weapon mastery challenge series to enjoy, plus with new updates for ranked play and a new season pass, there is a lot going on.

There is more details to come, but the full release will happen on May 9th for all platforms.
